The 20kg Angus Beef Pack

A 20kg selection of cuts from our Aged Angus Beef. All our beef has been aged on the bone and further aged after being vacum packed into various cuts.

The cuts of meat you will receive in this pack are:

• 600grms of Porterhouse steak
• 600grms of Scotch Fillet steak
• 300grms of  Eye Fillet Steak
• 1.2kgs of Rump steak
• A 1kg Rib roast
• 1kg of Schnitzel
• 2kg Topside roast
• 2.5kgs of Diced beef
• 2kgs Corned silverside
• 4.5kgs of Premium Lean mince
• 1kg of Angus Brisket
• 3.5kgs Sausages

Weights are aproximate as all hand cut by our butcher. The box will weigh 20kgs in total.
