The Process

We have animals killed every week and process them through our butchery. We can guarantee that our meat has been treated with the utmost care. All animals are processed under stringent NZ Food Safety regulations.

Our team take great pride in ensuring that the meat that you receive is of the highest standard and has been treated with the utmost care throughout the process.

Our Angus beef is all aged for at least 14 days to ensure the optimal tenderness.

Once processed our meat will be further aged and delivered chilled (apart from our frozen mystery pack).

We courier our meat out every Monday and Thursday. Our meat can also be collected from the Riverbank market in Lower Hutt, the Newtown Market and the Habouside Market in the City.

Your meat will arrive in a chilltainer that you can put out in the recycling and an icepack. these Icepacks can be dropped off at either market or once you have 10 packs we will send you a courier pack for you to return them so they can be recycled and re-used. 

For online orders we accecpt credit cards or if you prefer you can email Pip with your requirements and she will invoice you with our bank account details, We are also happy to be paid upon collection if your collecting from the market.

We have payment options available from automatic payments through to layby of larger packs. Being a smaller family operation we understand that every situation is different and we are happy to work with you to make things easier.
